Gathering Personal Information

You are not required to provide Personal Information to access the Site. However, Inland may collect personal information that you provide (“Personal Information”) when you use certain services on the site, send requests for information, or otherwise contact Inland through the Site. Personal Information may include your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address, credit information (for gift card purchases only), information regarding your preferences related to Inland’s properties or to the Site, or information regarding how you became aware of the Site.

Inland uses industry standard technology and measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, which include secure servers and firewalls. All of the user data collected is protected against unauthorized access. Only authorized employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to this information.

Gathering Anonymous Information

Inland may collect non-personal information about your use of the Site such as web pages viewed and the length of your visits to the Site (“Non-Personal Information”). Inland does not tie this Non-Personal Information to your Personal Information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of this information.

We do not send unsolicited promotional e-mail and we respect our customers’ mail preferences.
